All MexPeps products are for in vitro and/or animal research only. They are not medicines or supplements and must not be administered to humans or animals.
This page summarises the framework under which MexPeps sells its products. The core point is simple: everything we sell is for research use only.
1. Research use statement
All MexPeps products are intended exclusively for in vitro and/or animal research (Research Use Only, RUO).
They are not medicines, dietary supplements, or products for human or veterinary consumption, and must not be administered to people or animals under any circumstances.
2. No regulatory approval
Our products have not been evaluated or approved by COFEPRIS, the FDA, or any other health authority for diagnostic, therapeutic, or prophylactic use.
They hold no sanitary registration as medicines or supplements.
3. No medical claims
MexPeps makes no claims regarding efficacy, safety, treatment, or health benefits in humans.
Published descriptions reference scientific literature and lines of research, not expected outcomes in people.
4. Buyer responsibility
The buyer is responsible for knowing and complying with the regulations applicable in their jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and disposal of these materials.
The buyer represents that they have the technical capability and appropriate facilities to handle research compounds safely.
5. Age restriction
Sales are restricted to those aged 18 or over.
6. Quality documentation
Where available, we can provide analytical documentation corresponding to the batch of your order.
Any published purity figure corresponds to that batch's documentation. Where we do not hold verifiable documentation, we do not publish figures.
