All MexPeps products are sold solely and exclusively as research-grade materials (Research Use Only), intended for in vitro and/or animal research carried out by qualified personnel.

The products are NOT medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or products for human or veterinary consumption.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and must not be administered to humans or animals.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing the products solely for legitimate research purposes and that you will not administer them, or allow them to be administered, to people or animals.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

You are responsible for handling and storing the products safely and in line with applicable laboratory practice.

Published information is provided for informational and scientific reference purposes. It does not constitute medical or pharmaceutical advice, or a recommendation for use.

We aim to keep names, presentations, and documentation accurate, but we do not warrant that content is free of typographical errors or omissions.

All prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes where indicated.

We reserve the right to change prices, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or where the stated use is not for research purposes.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. MexPeps does not store your full card details.

Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed.

We ship within Mexico in discreet packaging. Delivery times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address provided. You are responsible for supplying correct shipping details.

Given the nature of the products, we do not accept returns of items that have been opened, handled, or whose seal has been altered.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at soporte@mexpeps.com and we will resolve it.

It is strictly prohibited to: administer the products to humans or animals; resell, distribute, or market them for human consumption; or present them as medicines or supplements.

Breaching this clause immediately terminates your right to use the site and purchase products, and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

MexPeps is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the products, including any use other than research.

MexPeps' maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by Mexican law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
